Nirvahana, NMIMS Hyderabad
Snippets: Nirvahana is the name given to the annual fest held by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Hyderabad. Participants of Nirvahana get to witness a plethora of events and there is fierce competition for the top spots.
Events: Nirvahana, along with managing events, conducts many cultural events as well. Some of its main events of the year 2020 included Junoon (a street play competition), Chanakya Niti (a quiz event), Lamda (an organizational event), and many more.
Key Event: ASHWATTHAMA was an event organized by the E-Cell of the college which witnessed a large number of participants last year. Teams with three members, partake in five rounds with different challenges in each round. Winners get prizes worth Rs. 20,000.

Invictus, VIT Business School
Snippets: Vellore Institute of Technology organizes its management fest, called Invictus with more than fifteen events and prizes worth more than 2 lakhs. Invictus is the flagship event for VIT’s school of business.
Events: More than a hundred campuses take part in this national level fest. Events include paper presentations, marketing quizzes, human resource competitions, and so on. Cultural events such as Treasure hunt and photography are also held.
Other Details: Accommodation is also provided to students coming from outside Tamil Nadu. Invictus is usually held in February or March. There is a registration fee, ranging between Rs. 100-400, for different events.
Interface, BITS Pilani
Snippets: Interface is one of the most popular management fests in India. Organized by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, it is a two day festival with participation from some of the brilliant minds in the country. ‘Kindle the Curious’ was the central theme of the 2019 edition of the fest.
Events: Events are all related to the area of commerce, business, human resource, and management. Virtual stock trades, paper presentations, business plan demonstrations, exhibitions are some of the contests held. Participants also get to attend talks held by experts from different fields.

The Red Brick Summit, IIM Ahmedabad
Snippets: The Red Brick Summit was the cumulative name given to many fests that were brought under as one main management fest of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The event comprises more than eighteen events, fifteen workshops (where eminent speakers from around the globe come and participate), four-panel discussions and a grand management symposium.
Events: Some of the events include Blitzkrieg (event involving solving business problems), IIMA-Model United Nations, PM Live (for product management), etc.
Signature Event: 2019’s signature event was Nautilus. Nautilus was a three-day online treasure hunt with as many as twenty-five levels. It attracted the most number of participants in the 2019 edition of the event. Prizes worth R.s 30000 were awarded to the winners.

Snippets: Sympulse is known to be the biggest fest in the city of Pune, which is organized by the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies. Sympulse is a five-day extravaganza with a variety of events.
Events: Events in this fest are listed under five categories, namely Symulate, Ananya, Sprint, SIMUNC, and Headline events. Symulate is a business festival with 7 events; Ananya is a cultural extravaganza with 26 events, Sprint is the international sports festival with 13 events, SIMUNC is the MUN wing of the festival whereas the Headline events are called the ‘crowd pullers’ consisting of 7 events.

Quo Vadis, IIFT Delhi
Snippets: The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi organizes its annual management and cultural fest Quo Vadis. Quo Vadis literally means ‘Where are you going?’ The 2019 edition of this fest had its theme as ‘Stronger than Yesterday’ as it witnessed around 50 business schools and colleges participate in its events.
Events: Events held in Quo Vadis are of interest for all students, and are not necessarily confined for management students only.
Signature Event: Cognoscentia was 2019’s signature event that witnessed the most number of participants. It is the mega event of the quiz club of IIFT, Delhi which happens each year. Teams should consist of two members who should be of the same college.
More details: The 2020 edition of the event took place from the 24th to 26th of January, with its theme as ‘Perspire to Aspire.’
Ensemble Valhalla, XLRI
Snippets: Ensemble Valhalla is the annual fest of the Xavier School of Management. Ensemble is the management segment of the fest while Valhalla covers the cultural aspects of the extravaganza. ‘Break Free’ was last year’s theme for this event.
Events: The events of Ensemble involve the use of business knowledge and logic. Some of these are Circus Maximus (surviving unpredictable market situations), War of Wits (human resource management), Genesis (organized by the E-Cell), and so on.
Signature Event: The ‘Next Gen Leader’ is the flagship event of Ensemble. It involves a variety of challenges for management students to test out the leadership qualities within them in the arena of management. The Model United Nations is also very popular among the participants.

Ojas, S.P. Jain Institute, Mumbai
Snippets: Ojas is the management fest of the S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. It is annually held, usually in January. Ojas is among the most popular fests among college students in Mumbai. This year, it was held from 10th to 12th of January.
Events: ‘Finding Neo’ is the flagship event of Ojas, in which participants battle it out to be the perfect CEO of a management firm. Other than this, there are business quizzes, market simulation challenges, case studies and a stock challenge, called the Stock ‘N’ Roll.
Fiesta, FMU Delhi University
Snippets: The Faculty of Management Studies is one of the oldest and most revered business institutions in India. Their annual management fest is called ‘Fiesta’. In their own words, ‘Fiesta promises to be an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and disseminating information.’ Fiesta 2020 was held in February.
Events: Fiesta is known for its plethora of events, such as business paper presentations, case studies, business games, and many such events.
Signature Event: Fiesta also holds an Annual Leadership Summit each year which is highly anticipated by management students, where many entrepreneurs, business leaders, and academicians come together, brainstorm and hold discussions on several ideas.

Yukti, Thiagarajar School of Management
Snippets: Thiagarajar School of Management is a private business school located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. It is one of the best management colleges in Tamil Nadu. Yukti is the name of their management fest which is held each year. Yukti boasts of more than a thousand participants each year, participating in more than eight management events, among other cultural and gaming events that are held.
Events: There is a multitude of events that attract management students from all over the country. Operations events, Best CEO, Finance and HR, Digital Marketing and Analytics are some of the sub wings under Yukti that conduct events.
